What is your return policy?

Please refer to my returns and refunds policy page for details. Unfortunately I cannot offer any returns or refunds on any product once purchased as all items are custom made.
I’ve ordered a print, when will I receive it?

Where are you based?

I am based on Sydney's beautiful northern beaches, which provides the perfect backdrop for my salty, seaside, feel-good images. I'm also an avid traveller and have included many images from various Australian seaside locations, in my collection.
Do you offer custom sizes?

We are happy to print your favourite artwork in a custom size for you. Please contact us if you would like a quote to arrange a custom order.
I’ve seen a photograph of yours that I love but it’s not offered in your shop. Am I able to purchase it as a print?

Yes....well most of the time. If you see an image belonging to me on any of my social media channels, I am more than happy to arrange a custom print for you. However please note there may be some images that for various reasons are not available.
I like your photographs, can I use them?

Not unless you obtain permission to reproduce my images! It is a breach of copyright otherwise. Any images re shared on socials must be credited to Tamara Toon Photography and linked to www.tamaratoonphotography.com or my various social channels. Any other intended use will be seen as a breach of copyright unless express permission in writing has been provided by Tamara Toon Photography.
What if my item arrives damaged?

What paper are your images printed on?

All images are printed on premium museum grade fine art paper, which offers a beautiful cotton like texture which adds to the art-like feel of Tamara's photography. All images are also printed with a white border relative to the image size.
What's a fine art print?

Fine art prints are made with high-quality archival inks on acid free fine art papers using a high-resolution large format printer. These are also known as fine art giclee prints. Fine art prints made with acid free fine art paper have a lifespan over a hundred years and usually don't fade, crack or turn yellow.
Can you print without the border?

Absolutely, but please let us know when you order, as all prints come standard with a white border unless otherwise advised.
Do you offer framing for your prints?

Yes. I offer framing on all my photographic prints. Frames are provided shadow box style and are available in oak, black or white, and is ready to hang. Please view my framing information section for pricing and how to order details.
